The front door opens into an impressive and spacious hall, which forms the central hub of the house. It has light, plain carpets which complement the beautiful, dark wooden staircase and picture rails.
Family Lounge
This south facing lounge overlooking the bay has two light covered sofas and a modern flatscreen TV. A place to watch TV in peace and quiet or to view a film, as a family, on the BluRay DVD player.
Cloakroom
On the right, as you enter the house, there is a lovely cloakroom with a light marble floor. It has a wooden bench and coat hooks to store your outdoor jackets and coats.
Downstairs Toilet & Wet Room
Adjacent to the cloak room there is a toilet and handbasin - with a wet room next door housing a very impressive cone shaped, marble washbasin. The room has a stainless steel heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Kitchen
The modern, streamline kitchen is well designed with elegant granite worktops and a range of modern appliances - including a fridge/ freezer, integrated oven/ grill and dishwasher.
Dining Room/Sitting Room
A very pleasant room with super views of the bay for the family to enjoy when dining, relaxing or watching the flatscreen TV. It has a boarded, oak floor and a large solid wood dining table. The log burning stove provides a wonderful atmosphere on those slightly chilly evenings.
Morning Room
A quaint little room with a feature fireplace overlooking the sea. A quiet oasis to relax and read your favourite novel - or a place to enjoy a mid morning coffee whilst enjoying the sea views.
Master Bedroom
A large bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, with views over the sea. You can enjoy sitting up in bed in the morning looking over towards Harlech over the sea. Has a beautiful, marble en-suite bathroom with a large shower.
Twin Bedroom
This bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the rolling hills at the side/ rear of the house.
Double Bedroom
This bedroom also has sea views with a dressing table, a wooden wardrobe and an old fashioned farmhouse chair. It has a double bed with comfortable cotton sheets and an an array of pillows.
